Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to the FV2 Gym app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.
The app and gym services
The app is a companion to physical services provided by FV2 Gym. Gym memberships, facility access, coaching arrangements, physical products, refunds, and cancellations are handled under the separate terms communicated by the gym. The app does not sell digital subscriptions or collect payment-card details.
Features can depend on an active gym membership, an assigned coach or program, a working internet connection, and services operated by third-party providers.
Who may use the app
You must be at least 16 years old to create or hold an app account. The app is not intended for anyone younger, and sign-up asks for your birth year on that basis.
Younger people may train at the gym under its own membership rules; that is separate from this app. If FV2 learns that an account belongs to someone under 16, the account and its data are deleted. A parent or guardian who believes a younger person has created an account can write to info@fv2fitness.com.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use only your own account. Member signup creates a player account. Staff and coach roles are assigned by authorized gym administrators. Tell FV2 promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Medical Disclaimer
The health, fitness, and nutritional information provided in the FV2 Gym app is designed for educational and general fitness purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition before starting any fitness program. Use of the AI Coach, workout plans, and any other information provided by FV2 Gym professionals is solely at your own risk.
Training programs and meal plans in the app are prepared by the coaching staff of FV2 Gym. Calorie, protein, water, and body-metric figures are estimates calculated from the profile information you enter. AI Coach replies are generated by Google Gemini from that same profile context and your messages, and are not written or reviewed by a person before you read them. Each screen that presents this guidance states which of these it is.
The general exercise and nutrition recommendations behind that guidance follow published guidance from public health authorities, including the World Health Organization, the UK National Health Service, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, MedlinePlus from the U.S. National Library of Medicine, the USDA National Agricultural Library, and the American College of Sports Medicine. Every screen that gives health, fitness, or nutrition guidance links to a Sources page listing these publications with direct links to the original documents. AI Coach does not write its own citations or links; it refers you to that same list.
Fitness, nutrition, and safety
Workout plans, calorie estimates, nutrition targets, AI responses, and other content are general educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service and are not a substitute for a qualified physician, dietitian, or trainer who knows your circumstances.
Consult a qualified professional before making medical, dietary, or exercise decisions, especially if you have an injury, health condition, symptoms, are pregnant, or are returning to exercise. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel pain, faintness, breathing difficulty, or another concerning symptom. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
AI Coach limitations
AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review them critically and do not rely on them for medical decisions, emergencies, exact supplement dosing, or unsafe training. AI Coach may refuse requests that fall outside its safety rules. Separate consent is required before information is sent to Google Gemini, and that consent can be withdrawn in Settings.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt to access another person’s account, messages, wallet, or gym records.
- Interfere with app security, abuse rate limits, probe the backend, or submit malicious instructions or content.
- Use the app to harass staff or members, violate law, infringe rights, or facilitate unsafe or fraudulent conduct.
- Copy, resell, or commercially exploit app content except where you have written permission or the content’s separate license permits it.
Availability and changes
FV2 may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, or service-provider changes. We will update the date on these terms when they materially change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Suspension and termination
FV2 may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security risk, unpaid or inactive physical membership where a feature requires it, or violation of these terms. Members can delete their account in Settings. Staff-owned accounts are removed by the gym owner on request.
