Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to the FV2 Gym app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.

The app and gym services

The app is a companion to physical services provided by FV2 Gym. Gym memberships, facility access, coaching arrangements, physical products, refunds, and cancellations are handled under the separate terms communicated by the gym. The app does not sell digital subscriptions or collect payment-card details.

Features can depend on an active gym membership, an assigned coach or program, a working internet connection, and services operated by third-party providers.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use only your own account. Member signup creates a player account. Staff and coach roles are assigned by authorized gym administrators. Tell FV2 promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Fitness, nutrition, and safety

Workout plans, calorie estimates, nutrition targets, AI responses, and other content are general educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service and are not a substitute for a qualified physician, dietitian, or trainer who knows your circumstances.

Consult a qualified professional before making medical, dietary, or exercise decisions, especially if you have an injury, health condition, symptoms, are pregnant, or are returning to exercise. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel pain, faintness, breathing difficulty, or another concerning symptom. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

AI Coach limitations

AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review them critically and do not rely on them for medical decisions, emergencies, exact supplement dosing, or unsafe training. AI Coach may refuse requests that fall outside its safety rules. Separate consent is required before information is sent to Google Gemini, and that consent can be withdrawn in Settings.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to access another person’s account, messages, wallet, or gym records.
• Interfere with app security, abuse rate limits, probe the backend, or submit malicious instructions or content.
• Use the app to harass staff or members, violate law, infringe rights, or facilitate unsafe or fraudulent conduct.
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit app content except where you have written permission or the content’s separate license permits it.

Availability and changes

FV2 may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, or service-provider changes. We will update the date on these terms when they materially change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Suspension and termination

FV2 may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security risk, unpaid or inactive physical membership where a feature requires it, or violation of these terms. Members can delete their account in Settings. Staff-owned accounts are removed by the gym owner on request.
